05/10/2010 - Charles D. Gardner, Q.C. - Appointed as Judge of the Provincial Court of Alberta

The lawyers of Birdsell Grant LLP are pleased to congratulate Charles D. Gardner, Q.C. on his appointment as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Alberta effective Monday, April 26, 2010. Charlie joined Michael Birdsell and Alastair Grant to form Birdsell Grant Gardner in 1991 and has been a valued advisor to individuals and businesses and a volunteer member of countless service and professional organizations in the Tri-Municipal area and throughout Alberta since then. Like his many loyal clients, we will miss his dedication, professionalism, counsel and good humour, qualities which will serve him well in his new capacity. We wish Judge Gardner all the best in his new position.
